Luggage tags for suitcases with customisable text
Print Profile(2)

Description
A luggage tag designed to be fastened to suitcases, bags and other luggage to help with identification. It incorporates a slot which can be used to add a strap, string or in my case a re-usable cable-tie (4.6mm for the small one), and I printed it in a bright coloured PLA to help identify my cases on the luggage carousel upon arrival.
I have included two sizes in the model and you can scale up as required. The smaller size is perfect for small wheely cases or carry-on luggage and also makes a good 'keychain' tag which can be added to a zipper. The smaller model is about as small as I could go to get a consistent print with the font size used, any smaller and the text started to get some anomolies in it on some prints using the 0.4 nozzle smaller nozzles may do better.
I've designed it to be robust, and it has rounded corners and no sharp edges to help it survive journeys better, but also to reduce the risk of it causing damage to luggage (both yours or anyone elses).
The model is oriented face-down on the build-plate as I think the texture from the build-plate makes the finish a little more robust and durable. It would be possible to modify to add text to both sides if required. Keep this in mind when opening the model, as you will need to rotate the build plate to see the text on the bottom side underneath.
To edit the text, in Bambu Studio make sure that you have ‘objects’ selected in the ‘Process’ panel on the left, and you will see each of the text blocks in the tree. Right click on the one you wish to edit in the tree and choose ‘Edit text’.
The original print profile seemed to have an issue which meant some users couldn't edit the text, or the text positioning changed after editing. I have uploaded a new print profile which I think has fixed this issue. I'm not sure exactly what happened to the original profile but it seems to be good for me on the new one. I welcome your feedback… please be kind, I will do my best to assist with any issues.
