GS500 (Suzuki) Gear Indicator Case

Case for generic gear indicator that can be mounted on top of Suzuki GS500 dials.

It’s an old motorcycle though the shape itself could possibly fit on some similar dashboard.

There are two models - with and without Suzuki logo embossed on the face.

The one on the picture has been printed in resin (ABS-like) and painted to look like kind of worn and torn metal (with acrylics for miniatures). For the time being there are no water damage or cracks - but these are some of the reasons you might not want use resin for this print.

Print:

• orient flat on the backside
• you might want to experiment with ironing or top surface pattern
• for smooth finish it’ll require some sand paper and elbow grease

Notes:

• gear indicators come in varied dimensions
• some stores seem to get them completetly wrong and designed fit ends up too tight.
• this model should fit indicators around: 22.5mm x 32.5 mm (20mm depth)
