Description

I've made a few single speed spacers but it never looked quite right with the wavy profile of the BooneTi single speed gear. I made the profile match and reduce down to the same diameter as the MS feehub shoulder and the Booneti Lockring.

Inner and outer spacers are specific to their location so if the waves dont line up, flip the spacers. If they still dont line up, rotate the negative part in bambu to adjust (you'll see).

Spacer widths are adjustable since you'll need to set your chain centerline for your specific needs. Just make sure that the total width of both spaces add up to around 20.3mm to allow for proper preload.

I would print from ABS, PACF, ABSGF, maybe PETG. 100% infill. This profile is currently for PAHT-CF but you can change it of course.
