I wanted a trophy for our current session and found this on thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747046). I loved the way to track who won, but wanted a Warsun, so remixed the trophy with the awesome Warsun from EKWorks to make my version of the Twilight Imperium trophy.
The back of the Trophy is flat, so you can engrave a custom text, or a Logo.
How to print:
- Warsun (top & bottom) : Support from plate only
- Warsun alignment pins : no support
- Base : Support from plate.
- Base-Sandplate : Lay flat
- Name & Date: Engrave the name and date with your editor of choice. I found that engraving of 0.8 mm work best. Then print at .12 mm layer as oriented, no support needed.
- Plate-Latin: Print flat and add a filament change at text layer (1.2 mm height)
