Description
This holder is designed for storing dividing strips, letters, and envelopes, featuring 2 to 6 slots, each approximately 2 cm wide. Given the light load, I made the walls fairly thin, at 1.6 mm, to save filament and reduce print time. Each slot is approximately 180mm deep. I also added a variant with a 140mm depth that can be printed on an A1 Mini and upon a user request a 100mm variant. You can find a size comparison, including a DIN Lang HK and a DIN C6 envelope, in the last image.
Printing
This model proved to be quite challenging to print due to warping. I had to add adhesion discs in addition to brims. Please ensure your bed adhesion is top-notch for this print. The model is quite long, so only the 2-slot variant can be printed with an A1 Mini. However, I do not recommend using this printer for the job due to the aforementioned warping challenges.
