Description

Since most of the valve caps on Makerworld have some design flaws which could lead to air leakage and/or don't meet my taste, I decided to design my own little model. The thread inside is based on the DIN 7756:1979-02 and was adjusted in order to improve the printability.

I've provided 2 different models. One with looser and one with tighter tolerances. Personally I prefer the one with the tight tolerances which might need a little more torque on the first installation. After that, it works buttery smooth! You might want to try both models and pick your favorite.

I highly recommend to print the valve cap in ASA due to its UV properties!

Weight: 0.5g

Other than that, there is not much to say :)

All the best, Bernd :)
