Ikea Vindstyrka Air Quality Sensor Bracket

A super clean way to mount your Vindstyrka Air Quality Sensor.

It is recommend that the sensor is placed 100 mm from a wall. However, I've found that the sensor functions well for localised conditions, closer to the wall. The custom bracket offsets the sensor 14 mm from the wall and makes use of the recessed screw holes for mounting. I've added 8mm diameter counter sunk holes for two 4x15 mm flathead screws.

This sensor checks the air quality by monitoring harmful particles (PM2.5), temperature, relative humidity and total Volatile Organic Compounds (tVOC) in your home.
