Description

I designed this PTFE guide to be easy to install with one hand and without the need to remove the tubing or filament for a friend with a disability, it has a 45mm bend radius with a natural curve and finishes below the top of the frame to allow clearance to the glass.

Its quick and easy to print and doesn’t need supports only needing a brim of 3-4mm.

INSTALLATION:

Place the bottom of the guide over the PTFE tubing.
Lower the guide onto the connector and push with a slight twisting motion to click into place.
Press the PTFE tubing into the bend.

REMOVAL:

Pull the PTFE out of the bend.
Lift up and rotate slightly at the same time.

I recommend printing this in PETG/ABS/ASA or other high temperature filaments, Please set a brim of 3-4mm if using your own profile
