Cue Tip Shaper - Dual Profile
Print Profile(1)

Description
Cue tip shaper with dime radius on one side, and nickle radius on the other. This model was inspired by the Last4Ever dual profile tip shaping tool.
I have also included models to help clamp the sandpaper in place. I've had good luck printing this in PETG, TPU, and PA (nylon). If printing in PA I recommend reorienting the shaper so that it's standing upright on one end, as otherwise the overhangs don't look very clean. I recommend using 80-120 grit sandpaper depending on how aggressive you want it, and using something with a more durable backing (cloth backed 1" belt sander works great, as does the 3M Advanced with the no-slip grip backing. Cut the sandpaper a bit large, put glue on the shaper only on the inside of the contour, place the sandpaper in place, place the two clamping parts in place, then clamp together until glue has cured. I had good luck using polyurethane glue (Gorilla glue) for PETG and nylon, and contact cement for TPU. A good gel superglue will likely work as well.
Enjoy!
