Description

I recently bought some Govee M5107 hydrometers. These are pretty small and way more accurate than the cheap round or square $2 hydrometers however not much more $$. These are also WiFi so you can check your humidity (and temperatures) remotely. This remix allows this Govee M5107 hydrometer to press fit into the large size dry pod. There are finger cutouts and a pass-through hole to get the hydrometer out when the AAA battery needs changing or for any reason. This remix also allow for some desiccant to be added to this container.

*Please note some users have reported that this will not fit the AMS 2.

Anyone else having an issue of getting this to fit in the AMS? Im not having any luck on mine. Not sure if there was an AMS remodel or what. On this design it has a straight bottom where on the others of I have that are fitting are angled.

Very nice model Print worked perfectly Could you possibly also create a version for the smaller "H5100" version Could it be that the H5107 is meant in the description

Sorry, but I do not have a 5100 version to use as a reference. The 5107 is all I have.

I only have the Govee 5100, unfortunately. But perhaps someone will find a way to remix the model. Thank you nonetheless for your work

Just a note This does NOT fit the AMS 2. Other than that good print.

Good point. I will update the title. I would make a version 2 but I don't have an AMS 2.

The spacing on the AMS2 is smaller. If you could drop it from 47.38mm to 43.4mm

Thank you for designing this. I've been looking for a desiccant box for this exact hydrometer but there is nothing out there and my skills aren't up to par to design one myself. I'm not sure if you are aware, but Govee also released a newer/updated version of the M5107 that is worth taking a look at. Thanks again!

Do you think it would work to combine this with the same pod as the one that holds the digital hygrometer? I figure it would be nice for redundancy and checking humidity at a glance. Also some people don't like to put desiccant in the same pod as the hygrometer so it could be the most efficient use of the pods while maximizing the amount of desiccant in the ams.
