I printed without supports and the printer left a couple of strings above the volume controls that I clipped off. &nbsp;I find that cleaner than messing with supports. &nbsp;The two lines that are missing from the top are barely noticeable and certainly less visible than the marks that supports would leave behind. &nbsp;Look closely at the photo of the case in the printer and you will see the strings from the inside of the very top layer. &nbsp;If that bothers you then use supports.&nbsp;If you don't need the credit card opening you can fill that space in with primitives in Bambustudio.&nbsp;I find the key to good prints with TPU is to print very slowly. &nbsp;Set all the speeds to be equally slow as TPU doesn't flow faster for infill or corners. &nbsp;I also avoid crossing walls. &nbsp;It doesn't add much time to your project as a TPU phone case is pretty small.&nbsp;I printed on a glossy bed with some holographic colorful stuff that left a neat imprint on the case. &nbsp;It wore off within a couple of weeks of use so it doesn't show in the photos. &nbsp;The photos are of the case after being used for a month.&nbsp;This print is only for TPU or other flexible filament. &nbsp;It will not work in PLA because there's no way to insert the phone without breaking the plastic. &nbsp;Use TPU or similar flexible material only. &nbsp;I've made some PLA and PETG cases and find they break easily. &nbsp;It's better to use TPU.

I designed a phone case in Fusion 360 as a learning experience and it printed so well that I thought I would share it. I&#39;ve been using it for a month now and it&#39;s much better than anything I&#39;ve used in the past, either purchased or printed. I like the simplicity and find it slides into my pocket easily.&nbsp;It&#39;s for the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. I put a recess in the back for a credit card and left enough depth for a driver&#39;s license. I don&#39;t carry a wallet anymore, just the phone with those two items inside. It&#39;s great not having to worry with a wallet.&nbsp;The credit card recess is made somewhat thin so the tap-to-pay readers will work without removing the card. That depends on the filament and the darker pigments with carbon might block the signal.&nbsp;The buttons for volume and power are a bit small but are well protected. When this one wears out and I make a new one I&#39;ll probably open that area up a bunch. &nbsp;&nbsp;
