Description

One of the kids next door really liked my X100VI and was sad when I had to go so I made a little 3D replica of the camera that he could play with. Bonus is that it's a lot less expensive if a kid happens to be rough with it, haha. (Spoiler: the kid really liked it! And if you want to go above and beyond you can print their name on the top of the camera with a different filament color with the text tool in your slicer!)

This is also really handy if you're interested in picking up an X100VI but can't because they're out of stock. Sure it can't take actual photos, but it can be fun to get a feel for the size and whatnot and see how it feels in your hand.

As for how accurate it is to the original, I'd say 90-95%. I wouldn't go trying to manufacture cases off of this or anything, but I took measurements to get most things pretty darn close. Except for the fact it has a big cut out in the middle so you can look through the “lens” for fun.

For printing, print at the lowest layer height (or variable layer height) you can as it makes the top of the lens a lot smoother. Or if you don't care that much just print in the default 0.2 mm!

(Also full credit to Fujifilm obviously, this is just a toy intended for non-commercial purposes)
