Bakers Blade
This is useful tool for bakers.
You can use it to clean surfaces, scoop out all of the dough out of bowl etc.
This is designed specifically for 300mm diameter bowls, but it will work with different sizes too.
Feel free to scale it down or up so it works best with your bowl.
