📝 Description:

Bring a racing and collector touch to your decor with this "Hot Wheels" lightbox 3D Printed.
Inspired by the emblematic world of toy cars and mythical tracks, this lamp is perfect for a garage, games room, office, or model enthusiast's bedroom.

Thanks to its LED lighting, it highlights the logo and the fun & speed spirit that makes the brand famous.

⚠️ Unofficial fan art – Personal use only, no affiliation with Mattel or Hot Wheels.

🔧 About lighting and rear shells:

You will find several rear shells available, some featuring my logo.

🎨 Feel free to print the one that best suits your desires or style!

💡 For lighting, I use this complete LED kit, simple to install and perfectly suited for my models:

👉 LED strip kit 1.5 m – Neutral white (Leroy Merlin)

📦 For a clean and functional finish, I also designed a cable cover compatible with all my rear shells, available for download here:

✨ Tip: To improve light diffusion, I recommend adding a piece of aluminum adhesive tape to the bottom of the box. The result is more homogeneous and luminous!

🛠️ Tips for perfect adhesion in 3D printing:

Carefully clean your print bed before each print. Grease residues, dust, or fingerprints can harm adhesion and cause detachment.

Check bed calibration: a well-leveled bed ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer.

Use an appropriate adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, an adhesive spray, or a specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).

Set the print bed temperature correctly to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).

Reduce the first layer print speed: a slower speed allows for better filament adhesion to the print bed.

Include a "skirt" or "brim" in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.

I won’t rate yet, tried to scale to fit A1 mini, maybe it’s made the plate too thin, it just came apart. any tips to get it to scale and retain strength?

indeed if modifications are made to the file it is very correct of you not to note because my printing profile has been tested and carried out many times without any problems I can only advise you to modify the values only in X and Y do not touch the Z value but I cannot guarantee a good result unfortunately

thank you for taking time to reply, I will try again, it looks so good, I suspect it is my modification or filament causing issue.

Hello, have you modified something The issue should not be due to my model, as all my lamps are made the same way, and I have never received feedback like this on the 200 models I have published It is a shame for such a low rating
