3D model description

A very old dream of mine is to get an MCX. This handguard allows me to cheat until a "real" one, have fun!
I just bought a Peltor and I'm totally broke finally, time to get creative :))

3D printing settings

Print everything vertically, from a strong material if you want durability. You can see Bambu PLA on the pics.

you'll need a heated insert and multiple screws to get it together.

assembly:

-screw on the inner suppressor

-slide on the handguard

-lock the handguard in place with the stabilisers

-slide in the outer suppressor

-screw in the outer from the bottom and from the front too.

-you're good to go! :)

printed now I am kinda lost on the silencer adaptor. Ii see it added to the front.

here an update of adding more length. total of 6.5 inch more to complete the long barrel look. test run. I will add total length once complete with built.

WIll this work on a real steel mpx? I've got a osprey. Technically unless the mcx is in .300 blackout and your using 220 grain ammo this would not be a good idea. Cans rated for pistols only, can do rifles but has to be subs.

Hi! I don't think so but if yoh provide some dimensions I can tweak the design if you want. Printing the suppressor is not a good idea I guess(I've seen online thermoplastic printed suppressor but only for .22LR. I'm european so don't have much chance testing these lol) What mounting system does the MPX use(for the handguard)? Note that I'm an AK guy so I only know that there is the delta ring and some other ones, but I can make it compatible if I can search it by name. ohh and sure it would use subs but it's just for airsoft :)

shrew in the barrel attachment first. there one one that you can shrew in. then the bigger barrel cover goes over . took me a bit to mess around to figure it out.

Hi! It attaches to the gasblock, so in theory it should, but dimensions vary, so I recommend you cut a small test piece in the slicer and print it to see if it works for you. This was specifically designed for Double Eagle ARs, I can't assure you that it works with other ARs too

I'm very happy with my XPI. Also I train way more than most of us, and I find it easier to balance NVD on my helmet with the comtac on. I will always invest in stuff, gear alone is the worst, training alone is usable, but the killer combo is training + gear :) Also, it helps a lot with a bit of an additional stealth, I usually play as a DMR and flank a lot, so it's good to have amplified hearing and "silent" comms. Ohh, and I'm planning on shooting "real steel" when I will be able to, so hence I collect some of the real deal. (beleive it or not I'm 17 lol)

Unfortunately as I don't have one, Bambu software won't let me post a print profile for a p1p, at least as I know.(I only have an X) But I will try me best, but you still gotta give me 2-3 days because I'm not home yet
