Thank you for supporting me! It gives me energy to create and design more models. 

I designed an easy adapter ring for a eSUN spool bought in 2024, because one i printed doesn't fit.

It is easy to print and my profile works great on my spool and AMS.

I printed the ring in PLA in standart, but its also possible to start “sport” after the first layer and textured.

Try it and feel free to tell me how you like it.

If there are some problems, maybe i can help and we find a solution - just text me.

 

Ich habe meinen eigenen Adapter Ring für meine in 2024 gekaufte eSUN Filament Spule konstruiert, da eine heruntergeladene nicht passte.

Der Ring ist einfach zu drucken, meine Einstellung funktioniert super, passt hervorragend auf meine Spule und im AMS gibt es auch keine Probleme.

Ich habe den Ring in PLA im Standart Modus gedruckt, es ist aber auch möglich nach der ersten Schicht auf Sport umzuschalten.

Versuch es selbst und schreibe mir gern wie du es findest.

Falls es Probleme gibt, kann ich vielleicht helfen und wir finden gemeinsam eine Lösung - schreib mir einfach.

The model is good, but getting a tight fit is a bit of trial and error. It's not because of the model, the spools tolerance is all over the place. I had success slightly scaling the model down. (I believe 99% or 99.5%)

i‘m glad you fixed the problem, maybe I have to buy some new spools to see if they are a bit smaller than 2024 thank you for your comment 🙏🏻

I am not sure it's worth the time. I have several spools from the same order and they don't have the same dimensions. If someone prints it and it won't work for a spool it might work for another which is fine in my opinion.

Okay alright thank you for your assessment The companies will probably produce slightly smaller spools due to cost savings and the fact that the first ones were too large for the AMS

Easy and fast print. I printed it in PLA (Black & White) and PETG (Blue). They were a bit of a tight fit but they seem to fit and have stayed on.

nice, simple and light design. 100% scaling was perfect for polymaker filament 99% scaling was perfect for eSun filament

Among those I've tried, it's the best Clean lines, no frills, obviously having an A1 mini I had to cut the plate in half, but it still works perfectly

Fits perfectly on one spool, but on the other one it only grips on one side; the other side is way too loose, so it can easily fall off in the AMS. I’d print it a bit tighter. The eSun spools are just inconsistent—I’ll stop buying eSun.
