Description

Drill guide that can be securely fastened to 2020/3030 aluminum profiles. Durability is enhanced by using metal pipes together.

The STL files are designed for 5mm and 7mm drill holes, but the hole sizes can be customized by using the STEP files.

 

Required

  • M5×16 Screw x1
  • M5 T-nut x1
  • ID5mm, OD6mm, L18mm Metal Pipe x1
  • ID7mm, OD8mm, L18mm Metal Pipe x1
    (* Stainless steel pipes are recommended)

Excellent profile drilling aid tool I hope a centerline marker can be added to the corresponding edges of the drill hole centers for more convenient use (as pictured)
