Description
I built this keyboard for work because I wanted something compact with all the buttons I needed. This “basic” keyboard is not angled, making it more portable for travel. I did add these https://makerworld.com/en/models/489930-foldable-laptop-stand#profileId-403253 as feet with double sided tape to give it a angle.
The controller is a Raspberry Pi Pico RP2040 (USB-C), running QMK firmware. I designed the holder for the Raspberry Pi Pico to be removable, allowing for easy scaling to fit different boards. I secured mine with 1mm thick double-sided tape. If you want to glue it in place I would suggest scaling the height with 1mm.
For assembly, I used M2 8mm flat head screws to hold the plate in place. There are multiple screw holes, but you don't need to use all of them. It's a bit of a tight fit with all the cables because I wanted to keep it low.
The USB cut-out is made for this Aliexpress keyboard cable, I expect most cables to fit but if you have a wider USB-C cable it might be too small

The filament I used is eSUN Matte black
It's only my second time making a 3D keyboard model, I have much to improve on so feedback is welcome but please be kind :)
Edit: @kanefron5 (Roman Zabolotskikh) was so awesome to write a guide and add a A1 mini print profile for this keyboard:
