Rack Mount Kit for Network Equipment

This is a remix of the original “TP-Link 1U rackmount housing for OC200 and TL-SG1005P” by @calipsoii on Printables. I had the need to reduce the material used by a lot, because the extra material did not provide neither strength or stability. I have also created alternatives to adapt to my needs. As the author said, feel free to remix but commercial use is not allowed.

I will keep updating with any other “models” I remix and am also planning to create an even lighter version of the same files. I will also upload more photos of the printed parts both mounted and unmounted.

Description

This is a 1U rackmount adapter that allows you to rack-mount a TP-Link TL-SG105 switch or similar models. You can use some double sided tape to stick the equipment on the tray.

Parts Required

This adapter is split into two pieces so that it fits on a standard print bed. To join the two halves together, you will need:

• 2x M4 hex nuts
• 2x M4-12 cap head screws
• Double-sided tape
