Relive the classic 80s film Back to the Future with this large replica of the hoverboard seen in Back to the Future II.

The model is split over 5 plates with a display stand included. Make sure you have a clean build plate or used build plate glue for the main hoverboard part to ensure good adhesion.

As @PaulMD suggested (thanks!), I scaled this to 273% and split it into 3 plates. It required more than 2 kgs of filament, but it was worth it. I created this as a decorative item for Hungarocon 2025, where the theme was BTTF (because of its 40th anniversary). I added some photos with my hand to compare it to (I am a male with male hands :) ) If anyone interested, I can upload the print profile for the scaled version. (For this size, you have to use cramps with the bent end alongside the gluing, to hold the graphics overly firmly until the glue dries.)

Love this! I didn't have all the colors for the top and bottom so I ended up using my ink printer to print them as stickers, covered it with clear laminate. Still turned out great.
