🚀 About the Model

This is a faithful replica of the Saturn V, it's a static model: 100% of the parts are printed, you only need your filament and glue.

• Structure: Sections fit together using alignment connectors to ensure straight gluing.
• Details: Spacecraft,Service module, USA Letters, and F1 engines.

⚙️ Print Settings

• Material: PLA recommended.
• Infill: 10% (Gyroid pattern advised).
• Walls: 2 walls minimum.

📂 Files Included

• Saturn V By Color : Parts are sorted by color for easier printing.
• STL Folder: Files are sorted by block.

⚠️ Critical Preparation

Before starting the print, follow these 2 steps to ensure success:

• 🧼 Cleaning:Wash your printing tray, as a greasy tray will cause deformation and parts to come detach!
• 📏 Calibration: Calibrate your your printer 

💡 Assembly Tips

• Connector Adjustment (VERY IMPORTANT): Every printer has different tolerances.
  • If connectors are too tight: Re-print them by reducing X/Y scale to 98% or 99% in your slicer.
  • If connectors are too loose: Increase X/Y scale to 101% or 102%.
• Gluing: Use liquid or gel Superglue 

White Marks: Glue can leave white residue (vapors) on black PLA. Ventilate well or use very little glue on visible edges.

Choosing your Spacecraft configuration

There are multiple configuration options available for this model, depending on your printing and assembly preferences.

We offer two assembly configurations:

The choice is made in the "SM+CM" print profile.

• Choise 1 - Spacecraft_Empty_White : Full tower on the top of the capsule (Simple settings)
• Choise 2 - Spacecraft_Empty_White : Empty tower on the top of the capsule (Complex settings)

The choice is made in the "S-1C" print profile.

• S-1C_Thrust_Structure_White_x1: Parts with space for red USA letters.
• S-1C_Full_Thrust_Structure_White_x1 : Pieces without lettering USA red
