This remix adds:

  • Optional TPU pads for all areas that touch the guitar. This is great for anti-slip and anti-scratch. I used Gorilla Glue for the TPU pads and it held on great.
  • Split parts across 4 plates.
  • 99% size - this allows the entire print to be done on 4 plates. Also important for brim, see below.
  • Optimized print settings for maximum strength and minimum filament usage.
  • Brim is on by default as these large pieces can and will warp at the edges without it. At 100% size, brim didn't properly fit with the model on the plate.
  • Note that the photo shows a ¾ size guitar but this fits full-size acoustic guitars also.

Filaments used in the images - PolyMaker PolyTerra Blue/Yellow PLA, Eryone Galaxy PLA and Overture 95A TPU.
