I modified the original design as I needed a washer to fit the flag I wanted to hang on my flagpole.  I found a bolt that I merged and modified to fit the mounting hole on the plastic ring on the pole.  Please provide any comments or edit as you please.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

A simple washer that fits flag and banner grommets.  Uses a basic 4d finish nail to attach the washer/banner to a wall.  There is a recess built in to allow the head to be flush with the washer.  No punch required.
