I recommend to use a very fine print profile (like 0.08 layer Hight) to smooth the tunnel as much as possible so that the yarn cant get stuck on one of the layers. To adapt ring size i recommend to scale the model to your needs or edit the ring size in Fusion360.

This is a Remix of the crochet tension ring that &#34;karosass1&#34; uploaded on Printables. I made a few adaptions especially i opened up the tunnel to allow the user to easy insert the yarn into the ring.
