Retractable Ballpoint Pen 2.0

Same as my Dragon Pen, you can use Zebra JF or Pilot LP3RF refill(Diameter 6.1mm, Length 111mm) in this pen, and may be capable of other brands of refill. You can add comments if it's possible.

Recently, I modified the Spring version to make it thinner. Finally, I successfully made the diameter to 12.6mm, as the image below shows. 

You still need to use the tool to help the functional parts work. Print profile updated as well.

The Model files are in the “Retractable Ballpoint Pen V2-Spring” file. Use the filament settings as shown in the image below to achieve the hidden seam surface.

This is a 3D Printable Retractable Ballpoint Pen. It took me a couple of weeks to develop the design. I made hundreds of modifications and tested different filaments to ensure the pen was working well, reliable, and easy to use. Refill options for this pen include ZEBRA JF and UNI UMR-8 Series, and there may be other compatible refills as well. Recommended filaments for printing the functional parts: BambuLab PLA-CF , PETG-CF , PLA Marble, or PLA Sparkle, you can try other filaments as Bambu PLA-matte to print the body.

The retraction function is achieved by a pair of magnets(Bambu B-CC003), you can replace it with a spring(Bambu B-BB007), with a replaced head part. The magnet version has a heavy head so it can achieve a nice feeling of writing; the spring version has a narrow head so it has a good view when writing. No matter which version you choose, you will have a unique 3D printable retractable ballpoint pen definitely.

The print profile I uploaded has been tested for several times, to achieve a balance between printing quality and printing time. The bottom part of the pen in the print profile has a logo of my ID "wuguigui", you can replace it with a model without a logo in the raw files.
