Description

I made this trilobite to see if a design I had for connections between segment would work. A straight bar connection gives limited bends; this time I tried a semi-circular bar and got much more bending, at least ventrally. The first and last segments don't articulate, as the posts just weren't strong enough there.

I love this model as well as all the other trilobites by this author. Amazing work. If I were to nitpick I would point that some „spine” elements stick together (1st with 2nd, 4rth with 5th, and the last 3) but it’s still awesome toy and a great paleontological model!

Very cool! The Genal Spine is longer than the articulated Pleural Spine, and makes it less of a figet, but it was still cool! it’s very large, and I am very happy to have found a cool authentic looking trilobite print!
