Fiio E10K under desk mount with Headphone Hoock

An easy-to-use and printable under-desk mount for the Fiio E10K with an optional headphone hook. It is designed to be printed using Extrudr NX2 PLA (or any other PLA or filament with similar properties) with a standard 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height. For a smoother finish on the front, consider using variable layer height and reducing the top layer height.

There are two versions of the model:

1. One version uses standard support structures.
2. The other version has built-in support structures that require no additional supports. Simply use cutting pliers or a sharp knife to remove the built-in supports at the red markings (see picture 3). Ensure the cut areas are flush with the rest of the model. Don't worry, the E10K will hide any imperfections.

For mounting, use two countersunk head screws with a diameter of 3.5mm (the length depends on the mounting surface). Ensure the screws do not protrude to avoid scratching the Fiio. Note that the desk mount must maintain a minimum clearance of 3mm from any surface on both the left and right sides.

For the Optional Headphone Hook

Print the hook upright. The standard 15% infill is sufficient for standard headphones like the Beyerdynamic DT 990 or similar models. For heavier Headphones, consider increasing the infill.

After securely mounting the holder under the desk, insert the headphone hook into the designated hole. Use the front side for forward placement and the back side for rear placement. You can rotate the hook in 45-degree increments to your preferred angle. Finally, slide the Fiio E10K into the holder from behind.
