Dental Mouth Prop. Dental work bite guard

*video note, I edited the design to stiffen it up :) works great now!

Print settings: .2 layer height, 9 walls, 80%+ infill. Filament used for testing: TPU Not sure if these can be sterilized (seems so) or they are single use, I don't know how tpu is with food safety... Either way I hope they are useful! 

This is my rendition of MARKEL brand mouth props. The larger is marked as ‘MOUTH PROP CHILD’ and the smaller a copy of the original marked ‘MOUTH PROP SMALL CHILD’.. but I as a non child use the child prop when i'm ‘the chair’ haha. (Please note these are not exact copies, for example I strenghtened the middle section of the normal size model to make it roughly the same firmness as the original MARKEL.)

***It should go without saying, I take no liability here. Printing them and trying them out in polymaker 95A tpu at the above settings, they seemed to serve the job and I even got rave reviews from my dentist who has used them on patients.. but different materials, settings etc.., that's something to consider obviously. Also things like sterilization, using safe materials etc might come into play and were not tested for. So in other-words let this disclaimer show I sincerely hope this model helps countries who are less litigious then my own.****
