This is designed with considerations to be printable with just one AMS. I like to set a pause and swap out the colors that are already used with their new replacements, but a pause isn't completely necessary. Once the two layers with the color are done you can remove the old roll and put the new color in its place. I've got the order below and relevant slicing considerations and setup in the photos.

If you have 2 AMS then I've posted a profile without the “stair-stepping” effect that has all of the colors on one layer as well.

If you want to change the sizing I highly recommend you uncheck “Uniform Scale” and only change X and Y.
