I'm onto my second unit now. scaled it up a little to maximize the bed size. This is currently my favourite pan for panning.

Printed it in PLA-CF, set the layer height to .1 mm and ironed the top surfaces to get as smooth a finish as possible. Inside bottom of the pan came out impossibly smooth, but the outside surface was a little rough. I think the outside of the pan was just too steep to get a smooth finish but it didn’t affect its panning ability. No gold was found. 🙁

I scaled to 127% in Bambu studio, being close to 10" wide and 3" depth.. 4 wall loops, 30% gyroid infill, outer wall 100, inner wall 125, and top surface 70. It turned out perfect and just waiting to go out searching for gold.

The object is a bit small without rescaling but it scales to a full size pan quite well. My only criticism is that the walls are a little thick which makes it a little heavy but it should hold up well over time.
