Pen holder for MYNT3D Professional 3D Pen

- Use as pen holder in lying position if the pen tip is hot
- Use as pen stand ONLY if the pen is cooled down (detach the power cord first, or it'll tip)
The provided print profile uses tree support, which is recommended for a better finish on the underside. However, it can actually also be printed without support (I did so myself in my initial test prints).
