Description
I needed to mount linear actuators to a board (as part of an electronic project to build a self-levelling pad for a cool box).
The linear actuator i found from Aliexpress was perfect, but did not find any material to mount it on a plain wooden board.
So i created it.
There is only one mounting pin of the actuator which connects the printed mount with the motor so the “side support” had to be tight-fitting.
I also added the foot cap.
You also need the following (see photo, all figures in millimeter):
- 6x 6mm screws (i used M6x40 wood screws as board was around 20mm thick) to fix the 3D printed mount on the board
- 1x M6x75 screw with nut to connect mount and actuator
- 1x M6x40 screw with nut to connect foot cap with other side of actuator
