Handle for Heat Set Insert Press

I built the Heat Set Insert Press by duck.knapp and had the desire to put a handle on it for better, simpler handling.

With this handle you have something to grab onto and you can operate the press smoothly.

It is reversible so the lefthanded folks out there can just screw it onto the other side.

You need to use longer screws on the side you put it on, for me M3x16 worked.
