Description

Introducing my custom-designed beverage holder specifically made for the Opel Astra H. This versatile accessory is the perfect solution for securing drinks while on the road. The holder is crafted to ensure a snug fit, providing stability and convenience for all driving adventures.

To ensure durability and resistance to the high temperatures often experienced inside a vehicle, I recommend printing this beverage holder in ABS or other heat-resistant materials. PLA and PETG are not suitable due to their lower heat resistance.

The beverage holder consists of two main parts: the "Can-Holder" and the "Main-Holder". These components are designed to fit perfectly together, providing a secure and seamless assembly.

Here’s how to assemble it:

  1. After printing both the "Can-Holder" and the "Main-Holder", carefully slide the "Can-Holder" into the "Main-Holder" from the top.
  2. Apply adhesive inside the "Main-Holder" before inserting the "Can-Holder". This ensures that the glue does not seep out and create an unsightly appearance, which happened to me when I applied the glue incorrectly.
  3. Press firmly and hold the parts together until the adhesive sets.

For a personalized touch, an optional logo can be printed in PLA. Once printed, the logo can be glued onto the holder, adding a unique and custom look to the accessory.
