Customizable Flag System 1.0

To support your local team or your country during this summers olympics I have created the customizable flag system or for short: CFS.

You can print each part individually or color the 1-part inlay to your likings. we still need the american, british and australian flag and I'm ofcourse working on the BambuLab logo flag.

Customizations

Right now you have the following flag options:

• full
• single split horizontal
• single split vertical
• double split horizontal
• double split vertical

and the following options for cases:

• pendant (can be used for necklaces or as a keychain)
• flat container (template; can be used to create remixes)

Upcoming flags and cases:

• magnetic base
• asymmetric splits
• round and square versions

Printing

You can print each part individually if you like or use the AMS (Lite) to print them on a single sheet. I usually print them with “print by object” to minimize waste. The designers print profile is also setup this way.

The print time varies on the configuration you try to print. But a full heart in the template container takes less than 15 minutes to print.

Assembly

You can easily pressfit the parts into the casing. You can even remove them again and exchange them for other colors if you like.

If you want to be extra sure, not to loose the flags, you can put a drop of super glue on them. I would probably do that, if I used them as a keychain.
