--------------------
This model is for those who (like me) are having problems with some spools falling out of the AMS during long prints.
These are two small parts that do not affect the original movement, print quickly and use very little material. I tested PLA and PETG and both worked well.
For the spools I use, the smaller 2cm locking pin is sufficient. However, I also added a larger 3 and 4cm pins to the model to fit different spool sizes.
⢠Second version
This model is a second version of my previous model, correcting some problems that I noticed during use, such as:
The spools that were in the green holders rotated to the point of releasing the lock and the filament falling out. Now with the ''yellow'' and ''green'' pieces, all the locks rotate in the direction of locking the spool, meaning you don't need to press the lock as the spool's own rotation does this.
Another problem was that the lock was tightened too much and it was very difficult to release. Now there are arrows showing the direction of tightening and a cut in the piece so that the pressure does not exceed what is necessary. But remember that there is no longer a need to press hard.
Note: For the photos I made the pieces green and yellow for better understanding, but obviously there is no need for this. I just recommend printing the parts Y and G in different colors to make them easier to use.
Thanks for everyone's support with the first piece, I hope you enjoy this one too :)
Instructions
I will leave two videos showing how to assemble and use the parts. These are videos of the first model, but the way of assembly and use are basically the same. Just be careful to place the G pieces on the green holders and Y on the yellow holders.
⢠There is just an easy to remove support below the lock pin, remember to remove it!

Note 2: Be careful to leave the spring in the correct position before assembly, as shown in the images:

Hope this helps :)
