Description

I really like the look of the original stand made by @Markus710 but its connection between upper and lower part isn't very reliable. So I tried to fix it and made a few modifications:
- self-locking connector
- curved upper part for better headphone stability
- 220mm and 240mm tall versions

Assembling

Just insert bottom part into top one and rotate 90 degree clockwise.

Printing

  • Both parts don't fit on A1 mini bed so top and bottom parts are on different plates but for the most of printers you can move them together onto one plate and print in one go.
  • Regular version is 220mm tall and taller is 240mm.
  • Connection between parts should be tight enough to make solid connection but not too tight to break plastic.
It should work as is but if you have a problem with tolerance you can fix it by tweaking parameters in a slicer. I attached “Test connection” profile with small pieces of the models to save filament and printing time. If connection is too tight or too loose you have two options:
    - select bottom part and scale it down or up respectively. I would suggest to start from scale of 99.5% or 100.5%
    - a better way is to increase “X-Y contour compensation” (in Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer) only of bottom part for tighter fit or decrease it to make it loose. 0.05 or -0.05 should be a starting point for testing.
Let me know in comment if it worked for your printer “out-of-box” or you needed to tweak parameters.
