Segway i2 x2 InfoKey Holder

This is a Segway InfoKey holder.

It holds the InfoKey more secure than the standard one.

In addition to this model you need an M4x20 screw with a countersunk head.

And an indexing plunger as shown in the pictures.

Thread size is M6x1. The thread length should be 12mm.

And part of the pin that sticks out should be 4mm.

If you are using the STL, make sure that you place the flat side in the holder horizontal to the bed to avoid stair-stepping.

I used 4 walls, 5 bottom layers and a 20% infill for adequate strength and standard support on the bottom.

No need to have support on the inside of the M6 threaded hole.

And bit of sanding on the bottom to clean up the model.

Simply remove the standard holder and screw this one back in.

Note that the index plunger should be at the back side of the holder.

And the ring at the back of the key must be removed.
