Clam cleat used to quickly hold a working line (rope) in place. These are common place on sailboats to allow a line to be held under tension and easily released by pulling upward.
Holes are sized for 3mm fasteners. I printed this in ABS because I don't have ASA or Nylon available right now, but because it will be exposed to UV light ASA would be preferrable at minimum.
