Introduction

A simple small, fully 3D Printed syringe for viscous materials. As the seal between the parts is not 100% tight, it is recommended to not use liquid materials. Possible use-cases are e.g. Epoxy Resin, Silicone, Liquid soap (may be to thin)…

In general design and printability is good. But unfortunately syringe doesn't work and can't take any water or any low density liquid. Also I didn't like that syringe is not easy to open because of unsufficient handle. So, I added TPU end and extend handle now it work as it should.

Hi, thanks for your reply :) As said in the description of the syringe, it is not 100% tight and therefore isn’t intended for water or other materials of low viscosity. But with all the feedback, i will soon release a second version.

Have you considered adding a TPU o-ring on the plunger? That could help with the seal for less viscous substances

yes i thought about that but i explicitly wanted it in one material as I and many other people don’t have TPU. I am Currently working on a V2 without tpu but with a tighter seal.

Makes sense! I've just been experimenting with TPU and have noticed there don't seem to be many profiles utilizing PETG and TPU together and it seems like they'd be a great combo for your use case, however, if like you said most people don't use TPU, then it makes sense that these designs don't really exist atm.

printed good. I upscaled one to 200% and used it for hole filler on my walls

Friend, what material did you use for those holes? I want to see if it can be used to insert a tile nozzle
