4 Arms for Dummy 13

This upgrade adds two extra arms to Dummy 13, making it more customizable and also allowing for better, more active poses. The design allows the arms to sit well underneath the original ones. I designed it by using the original lower chest armour piece STL, which sits behind the 13 on the dummy 13, and I added two connection points for two extra arms, making assembly easy.  NOTE: I’m pretty sure this will work with the 1.0 version of Dummy 13, but I have not tested it.
