I'm trying to repair the front grill on my Omni and designed and printed these grill supports. They slot in the back side channels to increase the strength and pull the upper and lower halves together.The recommened material is PETG-CF for light weight, low cost, temperature resistances and the carbon for a slight increase in stiffness and internal bonding strength.You could also use regular PETG or NA-CF if you really want to get fancy.Mirror the part to print the other side.
