The brake pads are bolted to the clamp part with two m3 screws. Please use lock nuts on the clamp part. No velcro type needed.

There are 3 different brake pads available with different offsets. You can not be able to adjust the pad position with velcro on this design. +25mm offset pad is the backmost safe position for this bolted approach. If you need a pad further back you may need to try another approach.

You can print the parts by using PLA or TPU alone or PLA-TPU combined. If you are printing PLA-TPU combined the mating surface should be at 4.00 mm above the bed. Make sure a few layers on top of the PLA section and on bottom of the TPU section have solid infill.

Mirror on X-Axis for the opposite side.
