This Butterfly Animated Fidget Spinner will put you into a trance with it's beauty. It can be printed in a single color or a four color AMS print.

Important note about viewing the spinner animations:

This fidget spinner is unlike a standard spinner. The shapes on the spinners are actually frames of animation. When you spin the spinner and view the spinner through a smartphone camera, the animations come to life. There are also two other ways to view the spinners. The instructions are below for the 3 different viewing methods.

Bearing Requirement IMPORTANT NOTE:

You will need one r188 bearing for each spinner you make. The links below are the best bearings we have found and tested for our spinners. However if you cannot get one of these in your country, there is an alternative bearing listed in the Bambu store under bill of materials. Only get these if you cannot get the Amazon Bearings. The Bambu bearings will work, but the spin time is not as long and they are slightly more expensive.

I was giddy like a school girl when I got the camera set up right! The butterflies are beautiful. I was impressed with the detail since they are small. I love this and will be printing the others. The spider one gives me the heebie jeebies and made my skin crawl. 😂 Thanks for the great design. It's so cool to see in action.

crazy filament changes but it’s cool it wobbles though, it definitely ruins some of the effect, the screw part needs to be able to tighten further.

Wish I could change that for sure. I usually print a bunch at once so it doesn't matter as much to me but I get it sucks when you are just printing one.
