Description

My Fnirsi HS-01 Kit came without a storage box.
After briefly looking online, none seemed to fit my complete set including power adapter and several tips.
So, I designed my own.

It should also work for the Kaiweets KETS02

This is case can fit:

  • HS-01 Soldering Iron
  • 7 Additional Soldering Tips
  • USB-C Power Cable
  • Small Stand
  • EU 65W GaN Power Adapter
  • DC Jack Adapter
  • Small Roll of Solder

It prints easly, with no supports needed.

Additional Hardware needed:

  • 8x1mm Round Magnets
  • Some Glue for the magnets

ChangeLog:

V1.1 (2023.10.29)

  • Made magnet holes slightly larger
    8.1mm for easy fit of magnets, less dependant on tolerances
  • Enlarged Power Adapter Cut-out for better fit
  • Added Retaining Clips on the lid, prevents lid sliding off
  • Added Grips to lid for easy removal

Very nice, but always wait till the plate cooled down to not deform the print.😉Also works with the Kaiweets KETS02 with EU Poweradapter.

I have no idea about gridfinity 😅 I'll check maybe in the weekend but quite a busy timeframe ATM.

I was able to get a quite crude model slammed together (I'll call it slammed because joined would be too kind). I'll show a picture when it's done printing, but here's a screenshot from Fusion 360. I was able to fit the soldering iron, power adapter and stand thing holes on a 2x5 gridfinity footprint. It's crude, because I was working with a mesh instead of a body, but I think it will fit my need

holes are a bit tight for the tips but lookds great
