Original Post

There was no model of this special broomstick here on makerworld.

So I created one :)

Models

This model comes with 3 kinds of stands:

  • Attachable stand straight
  • Attachable stand crooked, 20° angle (see cover photo)
  • Classic Stand to place it safely

Choose all, any or none of these stands

Print profiles

Fast print time: 0.4mm nozzle

  • the model is scaled to 150% to make the nimbus logo printable at all
  • model length about 550mm
    • If you want to scale it down, I strongly recommend to use a 0.2mm nozzle
  • space between stick and back part is about 0,2mm

Best result: 0.2mm nozzle

  • 100% model size
  • model length about 360mm
  • space between stick and back part is about 0,15mm

Assembly

  • Print the back part and the stick
  • optional: Print any or all stands
  • Push (and glue) the stick into the back part
    • I did not need any glue
    • The stick fits on exactly tow positions into the hole of the back part
    • Seems should be on the bottom side of the assembled broom stick
  • Attach a stand or place the broom stick on the classic stand

Used Filaments

  • For 0.4mm nozzle
    • Back part: Eryone Dark Wood (do not use this with a 0.2mm nozzle)
    • Stick: Eryone metallic copper
    • Golden part: Eryone Ultra Silk gold (not great with a 0.2mm nozzle)
    • Stand: Extrudr NX2 black
