Ich habe das Teil mit Fusion360 designt. Es kostet nichts für Privatpersonen. Es gibt YouTube Videos darüber wie man damit einfach Gewinde hinzufügen kann.

<p>Dank der 4 Wände ist das Teil fast komplett Vollmaterial.</p>

<h4>Die Düse vom Jacuzzi fiel ständig raus weil der innere Teil spröde geworden ist.</h4><h4>Das Teil gibt es nicht einzeln und die komplette Düse kostet ca.30€.</h4><h4>Da mittlerweile einige Düsen betroffen sind, habe ich versucht einen neuen Einsatz zu konstruieren.</h4><h4> </h4><h4>Stützen habe ich überall. Sie ließen sich bei PLA und ABS gut entfernen.</h4><h4>Der Haken bei “kleine Überhänge entfernen” muss raus.</h4><h4> </h4><h4>Ich hoffe ich kann dem ein oder anderen damit etwas helfen.</h4><h4> </h4><h4>Den ersten Versuch habe ich aus PLA gedruckt und es passt sehr stramm. </h4><h4>Die richtige Düse aus ABS passt auch.</h4>
