I downloaded and tested these KFlex flights for my darts. The underlying concept is excellent—flexible flights that are easy to attach. However, there’s a significant issue: the flights can break upon impact with the dartboard. This happened to me several times, particularly with more forceful throws. Therefore, if one wishes to utilize these flights, one should either employ exceptionally gentle throws or potentially modify the material, should the opportunity arise. Perhaps suitable for occasional use, but less ideal for regular play. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I’d be interested to know if solutions exist!

Did you try them in PETG? More flexible and better for abuse. Only issue is threads and supports will probably be a pain

Easy to print and visually ok, but their durability is very poor, lasting only a few throws into the dartboard. All shafts broke at the same spot (maximum of 5 throws). I used Elegoo Rapid PLA+

I'm very pleasantly surprised it prints easily with very little support I can't see any layer lines, it looks like it's cast and is indistinguishable from a purchased one What's also very nice is that you get different versions (Short, Medium, Long) I'm already wondering if I should only use self-printed ones now :) The thread printed super cleanly and could be screwed onto the dart without any problems I'll test them for a while now PLA used: Sunlu PLA+ Blue Layer height: 0.20 mm Standard Supports: Tree (Automatic)

I have now tested PLA, TPU and PETG Unfortunately the thread cannot be printed with TPU the printout works wonderfully with PLA and PETG but unfortunately the printouts break very quickly Unfortunately I was not able to test other materials

I really like this dart flight, I checked the most comments 'It breaks too easily!' So I printed 10 test pieces, using PETG material, I haven't tested it yet Hope it will give me a good answer. A player from Taiwan. Material: KELEIDI PETG Layer height: 0.2mm standard Machine: Bambu A1

Fortunately, three could be printed per subject using a printer.

They looked very good Initially, but after 10 throws, they all broke just below the thread I printed them once with PETG and PLA
