Description

Woke up last weekend and this was the “project du jour”. It's a hidden / secret box that looks like a wall receptacle.

Instructions. Measure to the center of an existing plug. Transfer measurement to a mounting location (make sure a stud will not be in the way). Pin the template on the right hand side. Put a small level on top to ensure a nice mount. Scribe the hole with a pen. Cleanly cut out the wall board. (I used a dewalt oscillating tool.) Secure the hidden box in place. I used “Shoe Goo”. Fill her up with wacks of cash and gift cards…or whatever. Slide on the cover. NOTE: I suggest grinding down and gluing in some regular faceplate screws to complete the illusion. I just haven't got there yet. Let me know what you think.
