Hot swap 18650 charger and powerbank

I developed a solution for utilizing 18650 batteries for charging and discharging purposes in a power bank function. I often recycle broken battery packs and have acquired a large quantity of 18650 batteries. I utilized the Fusion 360 design created by “andjoe” (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892321/files) as a base, but had to design and incorporate my own housing for the CKCS board. The fit is precise, eliminating the need for adhesive. I successfully printed the design three times without any issues, although the most challenging aspect was soldering the wires and threading them through the battery connection holes.

This design will meet my everyday carry (EDC) requirements, allowing me to easily replace drained batteries and continue charging without interruption.

I am currently in the process of developing additional 18650 chargers based on this initial design.
